LEGAL DISCLAIMER, TERMS OF SERVICE, AND DIGITAL ACCESS AGREEMENT

By accessing, browsing, or using the Ascension Mechanics platform, subscribing to The Archive, or engaging with any technical dossiers, data packets, or digital services provided by The Mechanics of Ascension (collectively, the “Services”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY CEASE USE OF ALL SERVICES.

1. Nature of the Services & Independent Research

The Mechanics of Ascension operates as an independent research database and digital archive. We do not provide “courses” or traditional educational curriculums.

  • All content is provided strictly for independent research, philosophical exploration, and academic reference regarding scalar physics and bio-spiritual integration.
  • The material includes theoretical, symbolic, and non-scientifically validated concepts.
  • All practices and interpretations are experimental, subjective, and reliant entirely on the user’s personal discernment.

2. Digital Access & Intellectual Property Restrictions

The Services utilize a secure, proprietary terminal designed to protect the integrity of the research data.

  • View-Only Access: Access to technical dossiers and PDF documents is provided on a strict view-only basis through our secure interface.
  • Prohibited Actions: You are explicitly prohibited from downloading, copying, pasting, screen-scraping, or distributing any proprietary data, text, or visual architecture from the platform.
  • Account Security: Memberships are strictly for individual use. Sharing login credentials will result in immediate termination of the transmission link without a refund.

3. Subscriptions, Billing, & Lemon Squeezy Integration

Our payment processing and subscription management are securely handled by Lemon Squeezy, acting as our Merchant of Record.

  • Recurring Billing: By enrolling in a membership tier (Monthly, Annual, or Seasonal), you authorize automated recurring charges to your selected payment method at the agreed-upon frequency.
  • Cancellation: You maintain full sovereignty over your subscription. You may cancel your recurring billing at any time through your member dashboard or via the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Cancellation prevents future charges, but your access will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle.

4. Refund Policy (Digital Goods)

Due to the immediate, un-gated access to highly specialized digital data packets and proprietary research upon subscription, our refund policy is strictly enforced.

  • No Refunds: All payments for memberships, digital dossiers, and archive access are final and non-refundable, except where explicitly mandated by applicable consumer protection laws.
  • Chargebacks: You agree to contact our support terminal to resolve any billing anomalies prior to initiating a chargeback with your financial institution.

5. No Medical, Psychological, or Professional Advice

Nothing on this platform constitutes medical advice, psychological treatment, therapy, or diagnosis of any condition.

  • No doctor–patient or therapist–client relationship is established.
  • You must consult a qualified, licensed professional before making any health-related decisions.
  • The Mechanics of Ascension makes no claims or guarantees regarding physical, mental, emotional, or biological outcomes.

6. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

You voluntarily accept all risks associated with accessing this independent research, including emotional, psychological, or perceptual shifts.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, waive, and discharge The Mechanics of Ascension and its administrators from any and all claims, including physical harm, psychological distress, or indirect financial loss arising from your interpretation or application of the data.
  • Total liability is strictly limited to the amount paid (if any) for the specific Service in question.

7. Non-Affiliation

The Mechanics of Ascension operates as a completely independent research platform.

  • We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operating under the direction of Azurite Press MCEO Inc., Adashi MCEO LLC, ARhAyas Productions, or A. Deane / E’Asha Ashayana.
  • All referenced historical or foundational terms are explored under Fair Use for purposes of education, commentary, and independent research.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • Jurisdiction: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
  • Resolution: Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved informally. Where permitted by law, claims must be brought individually, and class action suits are strictly waived. We reserve the right to deny access or terminate service at any time for any violation of these terms.
