Treaty of Altair
1.0 Master Definition
A significant, historical cosmic agreement established in the Altair star system involving various factions of the Guardian Alliance and specific Annu-Melchizedek and Anunnaki groups. In this treaty, the fallen factions tentatively agreed to abandon their dominion agendas and support the Emerald Covenant and Earth’s Bio-Regenesis.
2.0 Multidimensional Context
Unfortunately, the Treaty of Altair was extremely fragile and repeatedly broken by the Anunnaki factions (such as during the Atlantian periods and recently prior to 2000). The fallen races frequently used this treaty as a deceptive stalling tactic, pretending to cooperate with the Guardians while secretly preparing their APIN grid networks for the eventual “Landing of the Falcon” invasion.
