Each of the twelve councils is composed of two Master Command Committees, two Subordinate Command Committees, and numerous smaller organizations. On a planetary level, Signet Councils also refer to specific groups of Angelic Humans who assemble to run corrected Fire Letter Sequences directly into Earth’s Planetary Shields.
