It was established by the Gold Order Seraphei-Seraphim, the second Light manifestation of Source consciousness projected from the Polaric Energy Matrix Sound Field [1, 2]. The Royal House of Vega is primarily composed of the Aethien Mantis and Cerez Avian-hominid (‘Bird People’) Christos Founders Races [1-4]. They function as the Secondary Founders of the Eieyani Grail Line and the Oraphim-Turaneusiam Angelic Human lineage [1, 2].

Within cosmic administration and Ascension Mechanics, the Royal House of Vega was appointed by the Yanas as the Secondary Guardians of our 15-Dimensional Time Matrix and are charter members of the Interdimensional Association of Free Worlds and the Guardian Alliance [1, 2]. While they actively protect the Universal Templar Complex, a portion of the D-10 Lyra-Vega races—specifically the Omicron ‘Dragon-moth’ and Odedicron ‘Reptile’ lines—suffered severe genetic digression and fell to become the D-10 Drakonian Seraphim Fallen Angelic race line [2, 5].
